The Diocese of New England Youth Rally is an event at which diocesan youth come together in a weeklong overnight camp setting for Orthodox Christian education, fellowship, and worship. It is a time for learning more about our Orthodox Faith and applying it in the world in which we live. It is also a time for making or renewing friendships, and for having fun! 

Accommodations

• Participants will stay overnight for a week in our duplex cabins, divided by age group and gender. Each cabin has access to full bathrooms.

Meals

• Participants will be served three meals a day, plus snacks, all prepared by the excellent St. Methodios Faith and Heritage Center kitchen staff. Food allergies and/or dietary restrictions can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Please ensure any allergy information is listed on your child’s medical form, and reach out to us if you or your child have any concerns.

Christian Education

• Participants will participate in active, engaging sessions about the Orthodox faith.

• Sessions are led by our wonderful and creative clergy and religious educators.

Daily Worship

• Participants will be immersed fully in the Liturgical life of the Church, attending Daily Vespers, Compline, and Matins, as well as Divine Liturgy twice during the week. 

• They will have the opportunity to develop, and increase their participation in church by serving, reading, and singing in the camp chapel.

• His Grace, Bishop +BENEDICT makes every effort each year to attend Youth Rally for as much time as possible, giving participants an opportunity to spend time and pray with our Hierarch.

Elective Activities

• Participants will have the opportunity to engage in daily activities of their choosing, such as Sports, Trail Walking, Arts and Crafts, Drama, Bible Study, Church Reading and Singing, and more!

Summer Fun and Daily Activities

• Participants will be able to swim daily at our waterfront (subject to the passing of a swimming test), canoe, and enjoy a campfire at the end of the week!

• They will also get to enjoy a scavenger Hunt, movie night, trip to Canobie Lake Amusement Park, and much more!
