All required Youth Rally forms and payment must be submitted prior to arrival at Youth Rally, or we will not be able to allow your child(ren) to stay at camp due to legal reasons. The deadlines for specific forms are listed below. If we do not receive the forms by the listed deadline we cannot accept your application:

• July 6th - Applications close
• July 13th - Medical forms and insurance information are due
• July 20th - Payment for Youth Rally is due; approval of applicant form completed by your parish priest is due

If extenuating circumstances are making it difficult to meet a deadline, please reach out to Fr. Moses Locke BEFORE the deadline to discuss options.

Electronic devices such as (but not limited to) iPods, iPads, iPhones, mp3 players, smartphones, smart watches, cellphones, handheld computer games, laptop computers, etc., etc., are not to be brought to camp. Youth Rally is an opportunity for our children to make genuine, meaningful connections with other Orthodox youth and to immerse themselves in our faith. Both of these goals are hampered by the temptation of being on our phones. Campers will always be either under direct supervision, or will be within easy accessible distance of a staff member with a phone. If your child needs to contact you, or you need to contact your child, the director along with the rest of the staff will have their phones and will be able to facilitate communication.

Electronic devices deemed medically necessary (such as a smartphone used to control an insulin pump) may be brought and used with the blessing of the Rally Director in consultation with the Camp Nurse - and under supervision of the Camp Nurse. If your child has such a device, please reach out to the director so we can accommodate them.

Youth Rally is an event that is intended to allow you to learn, to worship, to pray, and to play in a safe, friendly, Christian environment. In order to allow Youth Rally to succeed in this goal, some basic rules need to exist and be enforced. These rules are listed below. As a Youth Rally attendee, you are expected to become familiar with these rules and abide by them during your time at Rally. You must also know that failure to comply with these rules during your time at Rally may result in the notification of your parents and/or your dismissal from Youth Rally. I would like to re-emphasize that these rules exist to make sure that your experience at Youth Rally will be the best, safest, and most enjoyable that it can be.

1. Rally participants will attend and participate in all discussions and worship services during Rally. They will be on time for all scheduled events including services and class sessions.
2. Rally participants will stay on the campgrounds at all times unless permission is granted by the Rally Director.
3. No alcohol, drugs, tobacco, weapons, firearms, knives, fireworks or other clearly dangerous and or illegal items are allowed at Rally. 
4. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the campgrounds. 
5. Waterfront areas are to be used ONLY when the camp lifeguard is present. Bathing suits are to be worn only for waterfront activities. 
6. Rough play and fighting are not allowed at Rally. Peaceful resolutions to all problems are to be sought out, with the help of Rally Staff, if such help is necessary! 
7. No phone calls are to be made on camp telephones without permission of the Rally Director. 
8. Rallyers must be responsible to their assigned cabin counselors at all times, unless otherwise designated or instructed by Senior Rally staff. 
9. Dress and attitude should reflect our Orthodox Christian beliefs. No immodest attire should be brought (no bare midriffs or droopy shorts!), and appropriate clothes should be worn at church services. Bathing suits are to be of a modest design. 
10. Rallyers are expected to be in their sleeping areas and quiet by the time designated for “Lights Out” each evening.
11. Boys are not allowed in girls’ cabins and girls are not allowed in boys’ cabins.
